They correct mistakes immediately and help players understand how to become better technically and tactically. Training with different players has also helped me adapt to different playing styles and improve my own game. This experience has made me a smarter and more confident squash player."

"The coaching helped me understand exactly what I was doing wrong, especially in the back court. I learned how to create better space from the ball, improve my body position, and recover more effectively for the next shot. Those technical corrections made me feel more balanced, confident, and in control during play."

ATHRIX is intentionally small so that athletes can receive appropriate attention, supervision, and individualized coaching. Players will be grouped by age, level, maturity, and goals to create a safe and effective training environment.
Structured for maximum development and recovery.
The day begins with a private technical diagnostic session studying mechanics in detail—grip, racquet preparation, swing path, balance, and recovery. This is not casual hitting; it is a technical audit. From there, athletes move into structured footwork training focusing on efficiency, space creation, and T-recovery.
After lunch and recovery, the athlete enters a squash-specific conditioning block designed around the real demands of the game: acceleration, deceleration, lateral movement, rotational control, core stability, agility, endurance, and injury resilience.
The second technical session focuses on stroke refinement and tactical application. Players work on control, accuracy, shot quality, pressure-building, attacking patterns, defensive responses, and decision-making based on court position.
The day concludes with conditioned games and match play, where athletes apply the day's corrections under pressure. Coaches evaluate whether the technical and movement work holds when the player is tired, rushed, challenged, and forced to compete.
ATHRIX is not designed for mass enrollment. The experience is intentionally limited to approximately 5–10 athletes so the coaching team can preserve quality, provide meaningful attention, and create the right training environment.
